O’Connors was instructed with the task of supplying the Bendigo Bank head office (11 Floors) and Rundle place with new state of the art mechanical services.
Project Successes:
The building has a 5 star greenstar rating, zoned underfloor heating and cooling extensive architectural detailing the building is at the forefront of office space in Adelaide.
