On this project, our team seamlessly constructed the new build into the refurbished Reid Building, spanning over 6 levels plus a basement and open plaza on ground level which is linked to the new 7 storey building including a rooftop terrace.
The works included chillers, boilers, CHW/HHW Pumps, ductwork, Air Handling Units, Fan Coil Units and radiant gas heaters, evaporative units, kitchen hoods, fans and VAV's; among various other mechanical equipment. During the planning phase, our team provided pre-fabrication solutions to enhance the build and programme; which resulted in a well coordinated project.
The works were completed in 2019, providing over one thousand students from inner-city suburbs with access to secondary education.
