Scope of Works:
Illumin8 is a sophisticated research and teaching facility, comprising six levels of specialised laboratories with a central thermal plant located on level 7.
The mechanical services O’Connors provided included the air conditioning, laboratory gases, fume cupboards, gas detection and associated building management systems.
Project Successes:
O’Connors worked closely with the customer to identify and resolve any issues early to ensure the facilities were and remain productive, effective, and most of all efficient.
