The works include all mechanical services works including but not limited to the following systems and services:-
Chilled water plant (incorporating air cooled chillers, buffer tank, chilled water pumps), heating hot water plant (gas fired condensing heating hot water units and heating hot water pumps), a condenser water riser with inclusions for future connections, exhaust systems, air distribution systems, air conditioning incorporating chilled and heating hot water air handling units to serve the office building levels, VAV's and all associated piping, mechanical electrical, and insulation, controls, vibration control and commissioning as well as, Green Star rating documentation; completed by our Green Star/NABERS experts.
