Our journey together begins with our estimating team who work in constant collaboration with our engineering department to provide cost effective solutions. Our engineers take over with procedural discipline and rigorous engineering to create the most effective and efficient mechanical systems and our drafting team design the 3D building plans. The required ducting and equipment are then sent to be manufactured, and our experienced construction team and top-tier project managers complete the installation. Our internal NEBB certified commissioning team ensures all systems are planned, designed, installed, tested, operated, and maintained to meet the project requirements. Once the warranty period has been executed, our service department takes charge of maintaining the systems.

Our construction planning is essentially driven by Principal created requirements of time, space, deliverables, cost and an intent to innovate. We consider that optimum value results when the construction planning process commences in the early stages. The approach complements our preference to partner ongoing risk/options analysis in terms of implementation efficiencies, supply chain issues, off-site prefabrication and on-site build.

Our construction teams comprise indentured tradesmen led by qualified and experienced supervisors who maintain the strict standards of compliance and safety our systems demand and are enabled to link into the respective information and data bases.
