Description of Works:
The University of Adelaide, AHMS Building is the Faculty of Health and Medical Sciences' flagship teaching and research facility situated in the heart of the largest health and biomedical precinct in the southern hemisphere.
With over 14 floors, AHMS contains: 4 floors of laboratories, 3 lecture theatres, 24 advanced simulation suites, the Adelaide Dental Hospital, a clinical research facility as well as, unique social and study spaces, and amenities. The mechanical services provision included air cooled chillers, boilers, FCUs, AHUS, make-up units, expansion tanks, and fume cupboards, fume exhaust fans, cool room evaporators and condensers, VAVs, pumps, wall fans, radiant gas heaters, CRAC units, fans, attenuators, humidifiers, mechanical services switchboards (MSSBs) and all associated services including medical gases.
