Description of Works:

The Mechanical Services (VFV, FCU, Evaporative Cooling System, Gas Radiant Heaters, Dust Extraction System, Spray Booth, MSSBs and all associated responsibilities) for a new three-storey science and technology and innovation, as well as serviced learning areas, breakout areas and associated staff preparation areas. A new double gymnasium with a two-storey annex accommodating health and physical education spaces, changerooms, amenities and a common plaza.
