Description of Works:

The Modbury Hospital redevelopment project involved the construction of a new facility to increase the health system in the north and north-eastern suburbs of Adelaide.

The provision of mechanical services includes a roof plantroom, air handling units, chillers, cooling towers, pumps, fans, and all associated services to provide air conditioning and ventilation to the following: 20 Bed OPMHU, 24 Bed Mental Health Rehabilitation Unit, 12 Chair Cancer Care Centre, and connections into the South Wing of the existing hospital building.
