Osborne South Future Submarine Development

Description of Works:

The project, formerly Osborne Naval Shipbuilding Precinct Surface Ships (ONSPSS) works were for the mechanical services requirements for the new facility to provide a new efficient ship building capability in South Australia.

Generally, the works consisted of high-pressure exhaust systems, low pressure exhaust systems, industrial gas reticulation and configuration internal to each building, LPG reticulation and configuration internal and external to each building, external industrial pipework, external LPG pipework, smoke control systems, and general ventilation systems including all associated works, serving the three main workshops and ancillary buildings.
