Description of Works:

These works involved transforming the existing Adelaide Casino, currently located in the Adelaide Railway Station heritage building, into a world class fully integrated entertainment complex by constructing a new 12 level building (10 above plaza level and 2 below plaza level), comprised of a new boutique hotel, expanded casino gaming areas and facilities, iconic restaurants and bars, outdoor entertainment areas and niche function spaces.

Our works included construction methodology planning, sequencing and programming for concourse, expansion and existing building works as well as, all mechanical services work including Water Cooled Chillers, Cooling Towers, Kitchen Hoods, Boilers, and Pumps, AHUs, FCUs, VRFs, and PHEs, Makeup units, Expansion tanks, Dirt/Air Separators, Side Stream Filters, Roof Cowls, Attenuators, Fans, and all associated services (pipework, mechanical electrical etc.).
