The project involves the development of a six level building, and will comprise of 6,000 sqm of PCAA Grade office accommodation, 380 sqm of retail and 151 car spaces.
The office design will deliver high sustainability outcomes with targeted 6 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS energy ratings.
