We encourage our customers and prospective customers to contract O’Connors for a full multi-trade building package. A multi-trade building package is not only cost effective for the customer, it assists in overall project coordination resulting in better performance.
A further benefit to awarding O’Connors with a multi-trade building package is that we can complete all mechanical works in house, most other trades partially in house, and currently have existing and strong relationships with relevant trades companies.
We have the capacity to carry out these packages and a strong administrative team committed to the management and maintenance of projects, to reduce the burden on our customer’s internal resourcing and optimise efficiencies.
You can choose from a number of packaged Maintenance Contracts and Performance Agreements, or have a program tailored to your needs. O’Connors can provide quotations that include:
